In 2024, I was honored with a Certificate of Publication from IGI Global Scientific Publishing for my chapter “Philosophical and Psychological Dimensions of AI Integration in Sustainable Business Development” (Kakon, 2024). Published in Advances in Business Information Systems and Analytics (Scopus-indexed), this work critically examines the convergence of sustainable business practices and artificial intelligence, exploring opportunities, ethical challenges, and their impact on consumer behavior. By engaging with diverse ethical traditions—including Confucian ethics—alongside insights from organizational psychology and leadership, the chapter advocates for human-centered and ethically sound AI integration. It reflects my broader commitment to bridging philosophy, psychology, and sustainability in shaping responsible innovation for both corporate advancement and societal welfare.

In 2022, I was honored with the Miyan Publications Reward from IUBAT – International University of Business Agriculture and Technology for my indexed publication “Internet Use Impact on Physical Health during COVID-19 Lockdown in Bangladesh: A Web-Based Cross-Sectional Study” (Abir et al., 2021). Published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (Scopus-indexed, Q1), this large-scale study based on over 3,200 participants demonstrated how frequent internet use during the COVID-19 lockdown significantly contributed to physical health problems such as headaches, back pain, and neck pain. This recognition reflects my contribution to advancing research on the intersection of digital behavior, public health, and human rights.

In 2026, I received a Certificate of Publication from the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health — an open-access journal by MDPI — for the article titled “Exploring Facility Revisit Intentions Among the Kidney Dialysis Patient’s Attendance: Evidence from a Cross-Sectional Study in Dhaka, Bangladesh.” Published in IJERPH, Volume 23, Issue 6, Article 769, this study examined the determinants of facility revisit intention among attendants of kidney dialysis patients in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The research used a facility-based cross-sectional design with 399 valid responses from four major dialysis centers and applied partial least squares structural equation modeling to analyze revisit behavior. The findings showed that cost, perceived trust in healthcare providers, and patient satisfaction significantly influenced perceived revisit intention, while dialysis delivery service and word of mouth contributed indirectly through patient satisfaction. This publication reflects my contribution to public health research on dialysis service quality, affordability, patient satisfaction, healthcare trust, and continuity of care in urban Bangladesh.
